proof.uno is a verification platform that allows businesses to request and receive timestamped, accumulated photos to verify work or conditions. We provide tools for generating Magic Links that allow seamless uploads without app installation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Obtaining necessary consents from individuals whose photos you capture or upload.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall proof.uno, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
